# Privacy policy
Effective 2026-10-09. This page describes what BPC-TB Guide does with information about you. The short version is that the site is built to collect nothing.
What the site does not do
- No accounts. You cannot sign up or log in, and we hold no user records.
- No forms. The site has no contact form, comment box, newsletter sign-up or search box that sends anything to us. Please do not send us health details through any channel.
- No analytics. We do not run page-view counters, tracking scripts, advertising pixels or session recording.
- No cookies. The site does not set cookies.
- No storage. The site does not write anything to your browser's local storage or session storage, and it does not fingerprint your device.
- No third-party requests. Pages load everything from our own domain. The fonts are hosted on the same domain, so your browser does not contact a font service, and the site does not load scripts, images, maps, videos or widgets from other companies.
What may still be recorded
Any website is delivered through a hosting provider, and providers commonly keep server logs. Those logs can include your internet address, the page you asked for, the time, and basic details your browser sends, such as its type. We do not use these logs to identify readers, we do not combine them with anything else, and we do not sell or share them. Your internet service provider and your network can also see that you visited the site, as they can with any site. The retention period of the logs is set by the hosting provider, not by us.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to government and research sites such as FDA, NIH, PubMed and WADA. Those sites have their own privacy practices. Once you follow a link, our policy no longer applies. We do not run advertising or affiliate links as of 2026-10-09, so no link on the site earns us a commission or tracks you for us.
Children
The site is written for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Your choices
Because we collect nothing from you directly, there is nothing for us to delete, correct or export. If you want to limit what a hosting provider or your network can see, you can use the privacy tools of your own browser or network.
Changes to this policy
If we ever add analytics, forms, advertising, affiliate links or any third-party service, we will update this page before the change goes live and show the new effective date at the top. Check the date above to see when this page last changed.
